RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At FurBegone, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@furbegno.com

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return instructions before sending any item back

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banking and payment processing times may vary.

SHIPPING COSTS
If shipping was provided free of charge, no shipping fee will be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@furbegno.com with your order number. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
